Archive 2020
After the break enforced by the measures against the coronavirus spreading, the concert life revived again – at least for some summer and autumn weeks in 2020 – though in restricted condictions and while respecting strict safety regulations, but with ever greater joy of organizers and listeners. Viva Musica! Festival relied on domestic musicians and programmes – and the results were terrific! One of the climaxes of the this year festival was the concert on August 21, 2020 presenting an amazing project – Querela pacis by Vladimír Godár. The soprano Tereza Maličkayová, mezzosoprano Petra Noskaiová, baritone Tomáš Šelc, Church Choir of the City of Bratislava with the choirmaster Dušan Bill, Solamente naturali with its concertmaster Miloš Valent, all under the baton of Marek Štryncl, prepared an astonishing experience for the visitors in the St. Martin’s Cathedral. The event was adorned by the presence of the President of the Slovak Republic Zuzana Čaputová. Thank you www.vivamusica.sk.
